As you read the articles that follow, it is helpful to use the basic daily affirmations daily (duh!) and the
7 Basic Affirmations Of Human Behavior.
group per week, keep going until you have these down. Repeat these three times, doing as
well as you can without looking - until you can do it without looking!

Review these and do the affirmations until you see that you have made significant gains that you are satisfied with. Do not leave yourself short on self esteem.
