When I took the initial course, it made a profound, huge difference in my life, even though I'd done lots of self-improvement activities and massive reading.

I'd actually recommend you spend a minimum of 60+ hours on thoroughly installing this, working at a pace of an hour a day, plus 30 extra minutes each day on the weekend -  as it will make a huge difference in your life and have you "feeling good", rather than stressed out!
